Heard about Kangoo Jumps on IG. Because of Sciatica joint issues, I could not find any workout that could get my cardio going, until Kangoo jumps. It’s all in one exercise for me. Cardio, strength and rehab. I can actually have a proper workout without any strain on my SI joint and no pain afterward. I’m so happy to have found Olga, she is an amazing teacher. She knows her stuff. Super fun and great workout.
